You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer or copy any features or functionality
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Upload malicious code or viruses

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by PokerTools.ai and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal data and session information.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

5.2 Poker Outcomes

We make no guarantees about your poker results. TiltFree is a tool to help you manage your mental game, but poker outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

5.3 Not Professional Advice

The insights and suggestions provided by TiltFree are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional poker coaching or mental health advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokerTools.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PokerTools.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Subscriptions & Payment

8.1 Subscription Options

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is displayed in the app and may vary by region.

8.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

8.3 Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged at the start of each billing period.

8.4 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription through:

  • iOS: App Store → Account → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play → Subscriptions
  • Web: Account settings on pokertools.ai

8.5 Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds are handled according to the App Store or Google Play refund policies. Canceling your subscription will stop future charges but does not refund current billing periods.

8.6 Features & Access

We reserve the right to modify subscription features, pricing, or access at any time with reasonable notice.

8.7 Third-Party Payment Links

Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable if any part of the Service becomes unavailable.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account by contacting us or deleting the app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PokerTools.ai operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PokerTools.ai regarding the Service.
